How we got your details
We obtained your business contact details (name, role, company, business email and website) from the B2B data provider Apollo.io and from publicly available sources, and we generated an automated SEO audit of your website.
Why (legal basis)
We rely on our legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in offering relevant B2B services to businesses that may benefit from them. We have weighed this against your interests and rights: we contact business addresses, keep messages relevant to your website, and make opting out a single click.
Retention
We keep prospect data for up to 12 months from our last contact. If you opt out, we keep your email address permanently on a suppression list for the sole purpose of making sure we never contact you again.

You can object to this processing and ask us to erase your data at any time. Every outreach email contains a one-click unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately and permanently. You also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection described in our Privacy Policy.
